Personalized In My Heart Plaque

This is one of the most heartfelt and deeply touching poems I have ever read. I sometimes have difficulty making this as tears come to my eyes. It is so sweet and perfect in it's expression of loss. The truth of losing a loved one is often that we just miss them and feel like part of ourselves is missing. This sweet little poem says that all too well. The author is unknown to me. I received this from a client who desired it on a plaque.

It reads:
Thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new,
I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.
I think of you in silence, I often speak your name.
All I have are memories and a picture in a frame.
Your memory is a keepsake, with which I'll never part.
God has you in His keeping. I have you in my heart.
